Information you provide

Our enquiry form collects your name, contact details, property interests, budget range where you choose to give one, timeframe and any message you include. We also record the page you enquired from and, where available, the page you first arrived on, the referring website and any campaign tags in the link you followed, together with your contact preferences and the submission time. Please do not submit passports, bank details or other sensitive documents here.

Your selected website language is also recorded so we can respond appropriately.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request, understand your requirements and arrange a private briefing. Optional property updates are sent only if you select that preference. An enquiry is not a reservation or an appointment confirmation.

Storage and service providers

Enquiries are stored securely through our website hosting and database infrastructure, and are then recorded in Pipedrive, the customer relationship management system we use to handle enquiries. The campaign and attribution details described above are stored alongside the enquiry. Hosting, CRM and communication providers process information to deliver these services and may operate outside your country. Access is limited to people and providers involved in handling your enquiry.

Measurement and advertising technologies

We use Google Tag Manager to manage two non-essential technologies: Google Analytics 4, which measures how the website is used, and the Meta Pixel, which measures and supports our advertising. These set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser and may share information with Google and Meta.

Under this website’s implementation they load only after you select “Allow analytics and marketing”. If you select “Essential only”, or make no choice, the website does not load Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel. You can change your choice at any time through Cookie preferences in the footer; withdrawing it reloads the page so that no further tags are loaded.

The optional marketing consent on the enquiry form is a separate choice about receiving updates from us. It does not affect website tracking, and website tracking consent does not sign you up for updates.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your enquiry information, or withdraw your preference for marketing updates, by emailing info@districtavenue.ae. We retain enquiry information only while needed for the relationship and applicable record-keeping obligations.

External services

WhatsApp and any Microsoft booking page operate under their own privacy terms when you use them.
